Located on the shores of Lake Michigan between Manitowoc and Two Rivers, Aurora Medical Center – Manitowoc County was originally founded in 1928 as Two Rivers Community Hospital. After becoming affiliated with Aurora Health Care in 1993, Aurora Medical Center – Manitowoc County opened its new medical center campus in the current location in June 2000.
