The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Reports presented here are the result of comprehensive processes undertaken by each of our Aurora hospitals to routinely survey community health status and obtain input from community members and public health representatives on community health needs. These reports were instrumental for consulting with hospital caregivers and physician partners to prioritize significant health needs for implementing community health improvement strategies.
These CHNA reports and implementation strategies do not account for the entirety of community benefits our hospitals provide each year. To learn more, please refer to their annual community benefit reports, which are posted each year in May.
