Pilates uses a series of controlled movements that engage your body and mind which consist of quality movement patterns emphasizing the development of core strength and stability.

Purchase a 6 class Body & Mind Flex Card and attend any of our 55-minute Body & Mind classes. In addition, we also offer a single class drop-in rate. Our Body & Mind program is open to members as well as non-members of the Aurora Wellness Center. AWC Member rate: 6 class $45; single class $9. Non-member rate: 6 class $60; single class $12.
