New Center Features Pharmacy, Lab and X-Ray
CAMPBELLSPORT, Wis., Aurora Health Care announced plans today for construction of a new Aurora Health Center in Campbellsport. The one-story, brick physician office building will be located at 470 Grandview Avenue, Cambellsport, WI 53010. It will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet. The Campbellsport Village Board approved the construction Aug. 14.
“We are excited to be able to bring convenient, affordable health care to the residents of Campbellsport,” said administrator Mary Jo Merwin. “The center is being built in response to the growing health care needs of the community. This new health center is a testament to the bright future of Campbellsport.”
The new Aurora Health Center will accommodate two primary care providers who will provide the full spectrum of medical treatment from newborn to elderly care. The center will feature outpatient diagnostic services, including an on-site laboratory and x-ray. It will also feature an Aurora Health Care Pharmacy.
“When you can see your doctor, receive your tests and have your prescription filled all in one place, it makes the process of receiving health care just a little bit less stressful,” said Merwin. “Our goal is to provide greater access and convenience to our patients. The first level of care, or primary care, needs to be close to home, and that is what this new clinic gives the residents of Campbellsport.”
Construction at the site is scheduled to begin this summer, and the new health center is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2007.
Other Aurora Health Centers located near Campbellsport include Lomira, Fond du Lac and North Fond du Lac.
