Aurora Health Center in Paddock Lake plans open house celebrationFriday, April 20, 2007
Clinic tours, free tailgate party, and children’s activities part of the day
Residents of Paddock Lake and nearby communities will be able to tour the newly expanded Aurora Health Center in Paddock Lake during an open house celebration slated from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, May 5. The clinic is located at 25320 75th Street.
Following tours with physicians and staff, guests will be able to enjoy a free tailgate party lunch with brats, burgers and hotdogs. Children activities include face painting and tattoos. Special music will be provided by the Celtic Nations Pipe and Drum Corps beginning at noon. Drawings will be held for door prizes. Guests can ride the famous Lake Geneva Trolley from event parking at Central High School to the clinic. The event is free and open to the public.
Greg Hoffman, market manager, Aurora Health Care, said the staff is excited about showing the new clinic and pharmacy to the community.
“We’re planning a wonderful celebration and we invite area residents to see our new facility," he said. “The event has something for every one of all ages. We would like to thank the Paddock Lake community for its support over the years.’’
In addition to the new pharmacy services, the clinic, which is double the size of the previous clinic, includes updated lab and imaging services and offers OB-GYN services. A new family practice physician, Rubina Hussain, M.D., will start practicing at the Paddock Clinic June 1.
