New Aurora Health Center Opens on Kenosha's North SideMonday, April 07, 2008
Community open house slated for May 3 featuring tours, food and children’s activities
The new Aurora Health Center on Kenosha’s north side is complete and reflects Aurora’s commitment in meeting the growing health care needs of the community. The new clinic, located at 2707 15th Place, is nearly triple the size of the previous location and offers a retail pharmacy, and updated laboratory and imaging services. Other specialty physician services will be added in the future.
“With the continued residential and commercial development of Kenosha and the surrounding area, it was clear we needed to take this step,’’ said James Santarelli, M.D., family practitioner at the clinic. “The new clinic will help us meet the community’s future health care needs for years to come.’’
In addition to Dr. Santarelli, physician assistants Yasmine Sido and Amanda Miller, and Stacey Zarnstorff-Green, nurse practitioner, and other staff relocated to the new facility. The new phone number is 262-551-2700.
To help celebrate the clinic’s opening, a community open house is slated for 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, May 3. In addition to clinic tours, guests will enjoy a tailgate lunch, refreshments, free gifts, live music, and children’s activities. The event is free and open to the public. Watch for more details.
“We are pleased and excited about our new clinic and look forward to caring for our patients in the new facility,’’ said Dr. Santarelli.
