International Soccer Speed Expert to Hold Camp at Aurora BayCare

Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine is proud to host a soccer speed camp June 16 through June 19 taught by renowned coach and international soccer speed expert Mike Antoniades.

With 26 years of soccer experience, Antoniades will demonstrate training techniques to increase speed to the ball and with the ball, acceleration and quickness. He will also show how to correct the common errors players make. Antoniades is a qualified speed coach, strength and conditioning coach, rehabilitation specialist and a level “A” licensed coach by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).

The camp is open to male and female athletes ages 11 through 18. Athletes can register for one two-hour session on a first come, first served basis. Day and evening time slots are pre-divided by age and gender each day Monday, June 16 through Thursday, June 19.

Sessions will be held at the new Aurora BayCare Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center located at 1160 Kepler Drive on the Aurora BayCare Medical Center campus in Green Bay. Athletes should dress to work out.
