Jeannine Fortin, MD and Tiffany Sasse, RN, BSN to join Aurora Health Care

Pulaski, Wis. – Aurora Health Center in Pulaski will welcome Jeannine Fortin, MD and Tiffany Sasse, RN, BSN in September.
Dr. Fortin is a family physician with 22 years of experience. She attended medical school at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She has worked as an emergency room physician and has also maintained a private practice as a family physician. Most recently, she served as an urgent care provider at Altru Urgent Care in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Fortin will start seeing patients on Sept. 7. She will hold hours at Aurora Health Center in Pulaski on Thursdays and Fridays, in addition to rotating Wednesday morning shifts.
Fortin will also be providing care in the Aurora Health Center in Seymour on Monday and Tuesdays, with rotating Wednesday morning shifts. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking and sewing in addition to spending time with her two golden retrievers.
Sasse has served as a registered nurse for 10 years. Most recently, she worked as an emergency department staff nurse at Aurora Health Center in Oshkosh. She received a Bachelor of Science and Nursing degree from Marian College of Fond du Lac and is currently attending University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh to obtain a Master of Science and Nursing degree with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus. Sasse will start seeing patients on Sept. 1.
