Aurora Names Amy Rislov Chief Human Resources Officer

Milwaukee – Aurora Health Care has named Amy Rislov its chief human resources officer. Rislov has been a member of the Aurora team for 17 years serving in a variety of leadership positions.

"Health care is changing every day. Dynamic leaders like Amy help attract, develop and motivate the skilled and compassionate caregivers who serve our patients," says Nick Turkal, MD, Aurora's president and chief executive officer. "Amy's health care experience and active community involvement are great assets to the future of our organization."

Rislov will be responsible for all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation and benefits, the Aurora Academy, employee health and wellness, and loss prevention. She will serve as a member of Aurora's executive leadership team.

Rislov is also an active community leader. She has served as the president of TEMPO Milwaukee and has been a board member for the United Way of Waukesha County and the Arthritis Foundation of Wisconsin.
